Bounce House Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery drop-offs are between 8 am and 2 pm. Pick-ups are between 7 pm and 10 pm. Contact person must be present at time of delivery / setup to sign the rental agreement and pay for the rental in full. Delivery areas include Fairfield and new Haven Counties. Bounce House Requirements
To properly install an inflatable unit we must be able to access electricity within 100 feet of the unit. If electricity is not available we can provide a generator for an additional fee. The inflatable must be far enough away from low hanging branches, power lines and chain link fences. The inflatables can be set up on grass or pavement which must be free of rocks, sticks, broken glass and pet droppings.
Delivery drop-offs are between 8 am and 2 pm. Pick-ups are between 7 pm and 10 pm. If additional time is needed please feel free to discuss that with us prior to set up.
Inclement weather for the following conditions include heavy or steady rain, winds in excess of 25MPH, and if the temperature is below 50 degrees. Once the unit has been set up there will be no refunds issued in the event of inclement weather.
Payment and Deposits for Bounce Houses
Payment must be received before unit is installed. Currently we accept cash and checks. All fees and taxes will be included in your bill.
Bounce House Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations not related to inclement weather. Customer will be charged with a $75.00 cancellation fee.
